Hurricane Nolo nears Hawaii Island as coffee producers recover from earlier storms
Kauai Now reports that Hurricane Nolo approaches Hawaii Island while producers are still recovering from earlier storms. A heavy previous crop, cautious buying by green coffee buyers and high costs for fuel, fertilizer, labor and shipping had already placed pressure on producers.
