Storms strip Hawaii coffee cherries and uproot trees during harvest
Hawaii News Now reports that Hawaii coffee farmers are struggling as repeated storms in peak harvest stripped ripening cherries off branches and uprooted entire trees. Those trees take three to five years to grow and produce fruit.
