Rainbeau Jo's has been cheerfully doling up their signature organic coffee concoctions & locally sourced house made breakfast offerings to the community on Kauai since 2013 from the window of their beloved coffee truck, "Betty White". From humbled beginnings in a dirt parking lot near the Lihue Airport & a local buzz began. Over the next few years from slinging mornings, to local art nights, weddings, movie sets & community events; the love for Betty outgrew the location. Now, Rainbeau Jo's is completely renovated, vibrant with a unicorn staff trained to take on the love in abundance, serving with seating for all available inside & al fresco with hula hoops for all ages awaiting you out back.
